This is a concept design for a new character. The idea is that the character has an affliction, and its not of this earth. 

Dr. Malcolm West is world renowned Epidemiologist who has rid the world of many diseases.   Wanting to rid the world of all diseases and prevent new ones from forming and mutating, he pushes the boundries of his experiments.  

In his quest for the betterment of mankind, Dr. West is blinded by his achievments and doesn't think of the repercussions that could befall civilization.......for his experiments are  UNEARTHLY!
